Using a solid filament needle to target a trigger point and elicit a pain response or a twitch response, which helps relieve myofascial tension within the body.

Cupping is used to decompress muscular and myofascial tension, increase blood flow, desensitise painful areas, and to help relax your sympathetic nervous system.

This technique uses little to no creams or oils, and works by applying a specific pressure to target fascial lines that are contributing to your pain, dysfunction or musculoskeletal condition.

By using a Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization tool, we can target different levels of muscle and fascia, increase blood flow to the area and desensitise the painful area.

This is used by applying force in a localised area and targeting active trigger points that can contribute to pain. Active trigger points can cause referral pain and muscular tension which will result in loss of range of motion.

A great way to alleviate joint pain and stiffness by applying force in a specific direction with the correct pressure to allow the joint to move as it should.
